Development history
The 14TP dropped the 10TP's convertible running gear and thickened the armour, moving Poland towards a conventional fast medium tank. A German Maybach engine was ordered because no Polish plant could supply the required power, and that dependency slowed the project badly. Assembly had begun by mid-1939 but no complete vehicle was finished. The invasion ended the programme and the partially built hull disappeared. It is documented here as a design rather than a service vehicle, and the figures given are intended specifications rather than tested ones.
